ClipHarbor keeps clipboard history and reusable text on your Mac. The app does not send your clipboard contents, kits, templates, or usage information to Trieflow. It has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or cloud synchronization service.

Clipboard history

Capture starts paused on first launch. If you enable it, the app checks the clipboard for new copies and stores accepted items in its local app storage. You can pause capture, choose how long unpinned history is kept, and delete history. Pinned items and saved kits do not expire with history retention.

ClipHarbor skips clipboard content marked as concealed or transient and supports excluded applications. These filters depend on the information supplied by other apps; they cannot identify every sensitive item. Pause capture when you do not want new copies saved.

Kits, templates, and files

Kits contain the text you explicitly save. Filling template fields and previewing cleanup do not change the saved template. Filled values stay temporary unless you explicitly copy the result or save that text elsewhere. Copying a result places it on the system clipboard, where other apps may be able to read it.

Import and export use files you select. An exported kit is a readable file, so choose its location and recipients carefully. Operating-system backups, clipboard sharing, and any storage services you select are controlled by you and their providers.

Permissions and app information

Optional direct-paste behavior may ask for macOS Accessibility permission to send a paste command to the app you choose. Clipboard history and text-kit storage do not require a Trieflow account. App Store purchases and any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple are handled under Apple’s privacy settings and policies.

This website

We have not added advertising, analytics, accounts, or data-entry forms to this website. Our hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to respond and investigate your request, and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Please omit passwords and confidential clipboard content. You can ask us about your support information or request its deletion.
